The Paulowina wood – also called blue-bells or empress tree – is a fairly lightweight (only about 1/2 as hard as oak) but still rugged, hard wood. This wine rack is constructed delivered to you, a more complicated structure is not necessary, simply remove from the packaging – Unpack – Install – done!
